Bruce Coleman Perkins is President of Flather & Perkins, Inc., a firm specializing in insuring many of the finest Museums, Galleries, Collections, and Fine Art Dealers in the United States for over fifty years. Bruce joined the firm in 1983 and became President in 1992. He has been very involved with insurance and the fine and decorative arts worlds for over twenty-five years. From 2001- 2007 he served as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Henry Francis du Pont Winterthur Museum; Currently President of the Board of Governors of the Decorative Arts Trust; a member of the Board of Directors of The Royal Oak Foundation; past President of the Board of Trustees of the American Ceramic Circle; and a member of the Visiting Committee of the Peabody & Essex Museum; and a founding member of the Washington Decorative Arts Forum.
